Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic and Restricted Bidding Procedures contained in the Local Government Public procurement and Disposal of Assets Regulations, 2006. A complete set of bidding document may be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit upon presentation of a general receipt obtained from District cashier after payment of non-refundable fee to Kyegegwa District General Fund Account No. 8912100001 with Centenary Bank (Mubende Branch) of One hundred two thousand shillings only (102,000/=) for Lot. A per item and Fifty two thousand shillings only (52,000/=) for Lot B per item
Bids in triplicate must be in securely sealed envelopes clearly marked Bid for ………………….. And Addressed to the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Kyegegwa District, P.O.BOX: 99, Kyegegwa. And Must be delivered to the Procurement and Disposal Unit on or before 25th August 2020 at 11:00am and bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the council Hall in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend.
